About Contacts Importer Download Version.
The download version has all the libraries required for importing contacts. It will be standalone, hence, requires no communication with our server. It will initiate communication via HTTP protocol with the ISPs such as Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo. Regular updates are not performed automatically and the script has to be patched upon email notification.
My free updates subscription has expired. Can I continue to use the software?
Yes, you may. But you will not be notified of any new updates. Hence, the script may not work properly. We recommend you to renew the subscription as soon as possible.
I got an error when I run the script. What could be wrong?
Please check if the cookie path is set properly. The CHMOD of this directory should be set to 0777. Usually for cPanel user, you may use "/home/{username}/tmp/" as the path. For other systems, please contact us for more information. If no error pops up then please check if your server has the minimum requirements to run the script.
I wish to migrate to hosted version. Can I do so?
Yes, you can migrate to hosted version or vice versa within 48 hours after purchase. Simply contact us to initiate the transfer.
Does the importer support international extension like .fr and .de?
Yes. Our importers can support international extensions. You may need to provide the full email address so the ISP can identify as an international domain. If only the username is entered, the script will automatically add the default domain such as @hotmail.com & @gmail.com.
