I wish to buy in bulk. Will I get any discounts?
Yes, we can negotiate a reasonable offer. Please contact the Sales Department to sales@iplussoft.com

How long does it take for the payment to cashout?
Payment can be expected in the second week of the referred purchase. You will be notified of the cashout from PayPal or Moneybookers.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, E-Gold, Moneybookers, Western Union and bank transfer.

I have just made the payment. When can I get the downloads?
All downloads should be available within 24 hours after payment is made. If download is not available after 24 hours, please notify us.

If the script stopped working, what should I do?
Basically, the script is written to adapt to the ISP website. When the ISP alters its website even by a small extend, it could cause the script to fail to work as programmed. If you encountered this issue, please contact the support department as soon as possible. In many times, we have issued a fix within the same day it was reported.

Can I use the scripts on multiple servers?
No, you may not. Our software is based on single user license. You can purchase extend to multiple license instead.

What hosting plan should I use for running the scripts?
For best performance, we recommend VPS (Virtual Private Server) and dedicated hosting. Suggested hosting: ModVPS.

Will the subscription be renewed automatically?
We are using 2Checkout for credit card processing. At this moment, they do not support auto-renewal for subscription. You can easily extend another year of free updates by using the link shown on the invoice page.

I purchased the script. However, I am having issues installing it.
For each purchase of our software, you will be entitled to two days of free basic technical services which include installation, configuration and minor customization.

Can I get a refund after my purchase?
No, currently we do not have a refund policy.
